If the selection responsibility is ours we select the required staff by our Recruitment Manager & Overseas experienced Engineer. Duringinterview we test all the candidates practically with modern tools and machinery.

We always welcome the representative of the Company/Employer to interview by him and we produce sufficient number of candidates before the representative for interview enabling himto select suitable staff at large. We also provide Transport, Accommodation & other facilities to the representative as required.

After selection, we process their Visa formalities and arrange reservation with Airlines to dispatch the workers.

Before dispatch we arrange explaining Terms and Conditions, Food, Accommodation, Salary, Duty hours, Nature of project etc. as our office record. We also brief them social tradition and others rule of the country of employment.
