Upon receiving the demand and requirement of your company, we go through our stock of CVs that have been collected and updated regularly for primary selection for any demand. Also a message is circulated among our representatives who generally work in the remote fields all over the country to collect suitable candidates. As per demand schedule, we also make preliminary selection trade-wise before employee’s representatives make final selection. We conduct final selection ourselves if authorized by employer.

A special test covering general and trade aspects is conducted on the initially selected candidates. The Short-listed candidates then appear for a physical interview and a practical test m conjunction with your demand. We make sure that a sufficient number of candidates are available for the interview at the time of your representative's visit. We often publish advertisement in the local newspapers according to your demand latter to arrange availability of sufficient number of qualified candidates during the interview.

With each new assignment, our workers have to work unfamiliar people, new procedures, and changing routines. It is our responsibility to ensure that the transition goes as smoothly as possible. This makes far more confident and better-prepared workers. We follow up with selected candidates for pre-departure formalities, so that they can proceed to work promptly. Their medical check up, processing of travel documents, immigration formalities and air ticketis are taken care by us.

Before dispatch we arrange explaining Terms and Conditions, Food, Accommodation, Salary, Duty hours, Nature of project etc. as our office record. We also brief them social tradition and others rule of the country of employment.
